Hello friends!
Project Transitions’ 16th annual Texas Swing Music Fest & Sideshow is coming up soon! We are in need of volunteers.
We need:
- Day before the event volunteers (Thursday, June 2nd)
- Pack-up volunteers the morning of the event (Friday, June 3rd)
- Decoration volunteers
- Ticket sellers/takers
- Bartenders
- Auction monitors
- Etc. volunteers
- Tear-down/Load-up volunteers after the party (you know… to get rid of that buzz!)
Shifts at the event will probably be 1-2 hours. The party goes from 6:30pm (dance lessons!) to 11:30pm. If you would like to volunteer, let me know when you’re available & I’ll get you hooked up! You will, of course, have free entrance to the party.
If you aren’t available to volunteer, but would like to pop in, advance tickets are $45/$55 at the door. There will be free BBQ, tons of great bands, sideshow scenes & burlesque queens! If you know someone you think might be interested, please pass the info along! THE DERAILERS are headlining.
